The CDCLP Cohort I Graduate Grant is the first year of an implementation grant awarded to two graduates of the inaugural CDCLP Cohort.

The purpose of the CDCLP Graduate Grant is to support two CDCLP graduates and their CDCs with leadership or organizational capacity building efforts that build off of CDCLP curriculum sessions for the betterment of the community.  The grant funds will be used to make an impact in the community that serves both the community and residents while using the capacity and teachings of the CDCLP.

Applicants for the 2021 CDCLP Graduate Grant can request up to $60,000 for the development of an innovative program that will benefit the residents or in support of an existing program that benefits the residents and community. One grant will be made for $60,000 and a second for $40,000.
